You will be responsible for general affairs and administrative tasks at a Japanese language school. - General administrative work - Support for international students - Labor and attendance management - Student dormitory support Working hours: - 9:00 to 17:30 (7.5 hours with a 60-minute break) - 5 days a week - Overtime: Approximately 5 hours per month (may be more depending on the time of year) Holidays: - Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (125 annual holidays) - Company calendar applies Job requirements: - Japanese language level: N2 required (certificate required) - Ability to read and write in business-level Japanese and use honorific language - Nepali language: Business level - Must hold a visa allowing employment in Japan - Must reside in Japan Selection process: 1. Document screening 2. First interview 3.
